Welcome to Fox Aesthetics ("we", "us", "our"). By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or using our website www.foxaestheticsza.com, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Service
Fox Aesthetics offers aesthetic and beauty treatments, including but not limited to facials, skin rejuvenation, and non-invasive procedures. All services are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
Appointments and cancellations

Booking: Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.

Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced out of respect for the next client.

Package Deal Policy
Clients who purchase package deals are eligible for a refund within *seven (7) days* of purchase, provided that no sessions within the package have been used. Once any portion of the package has been utilized, the package becomes non-refundable. Packages are non-transferable and may not be reassigned to another individual. All sessions must be scheduled and used within the specified time frame of the package (e.g., a 3-month package must be fully booked and completed within three months of the purchase date). Any unused sessions remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund or extension.

You are required to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin sensitivities that may affect your treatment.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for your condition.

Our staff follow strict hygiene and sanitation protocols for your safety.
Payments and refunds

Payment is due at the time of service via cash, card, or EFT.

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Refunds: Services are non-refundable once rendered. Product returns are only accepted if unopened, unused, and returned within 7 days with proof of purchase.
Results disclaimer

While we aim for the best possible outcomes, individual results from aesthetic treatments may vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare. We do not guarantee results.
Gift vouchers and promotions

Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue unless otherwise stated.

Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated.

Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded.
Intellectual property

All content on our website (including images, text, and branding) is the property of Fox Aesthetics and may not be copied, distributed, or used without our written permission.
Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fox Aesthetics shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our services, website, or products, unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
